FAQ's

What are the key ingredients in Dermacoll?
Hydrolysed collagen, hyaluronic acid , vitamin C (essential for collagen formation) and Green Tea.

How much Dermacoll do I take?
Add one level serving using the scoop provided and mix with approximately 250ml water.  It is better taken away from food, preferably in the evening before bed.

What does it taste like?
Dermacoll when mixed with water is a pleasant tasting drink.

When will I see visible results?

Research shows that taking hydrolysed collagen peptides can result in positive skin health changes in 4-6 weeks.  However, this does not mean everyone will get the same result at the same time, since there are many factors such as genetics, lifestyle, diet, prolonged exposure to the sun and smoking which affect the skin. For best results, take Dermacoll continuously as part of your daily beauty regime.

Does Dermacoll have any side effects?
There are no known contraindications with this food supplement.

What is collagen?
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body needed for the structure and density of the skin.  Approximately 75% of young and healthy skin is made up of collagen. However, our skin gradually loses the ability to regenerate naturally and produces less collagen at a rate of 1% from around the age of 25. Between 35 and 55 years of age, the level of collagen drops to 40% resulting in the loss of firmness and the formation of wrinkles.

How does Dermacoll work?
Dermacoll works from the inside. Once absorbed in the small intestine, it is distributed through the blood vessels to the deeper layer of the skin (dermis) leading to proliferation of fibroblasts and increased collagen production.

What is the difference between Dermacoll and a topical anti ageing cream?
Dermacoll works from the inside targeting the inner deeper layers of the dermis (inner skin), whereas creams work on the outside to moisturise the outer layer of the skin (epidermis).

Why liquid rather than tablets or pills?

These days liquids are highly popular because they are easy to take and many people prefer a drink formula than taking lots of tablets.  They don't have typical tablet binders and fillers.

If you are pregnant and breast-feeding women, please take advice from your Doctor before taking.

Can Dermacoll be taken in combination with other food supplements?
